WAM - Words Art Music
WAM is a free entry, arts taster event held on the first Thursday of every month at the Workers Gallery in Ynyshir, Rhondda, and which showcases the very best in Words, Art and Music
As part of RAFT 2020, in addition to its regular June / July events at the Workers, WAM will also host a number of On Tour events across Rhondda, in Rhondda Fach, Tonypandy, Treherbert and nearby in Blaengwynfi
Each evening offers attendees an insight into the arts, with short 15 minute experience of a variety of different art forms, led by guest writers, artists and musicians. WAM offers a welcoming, informal atmosphere for arts lovers or those interested in dipping a toe into the rich and varied world of the arts
Three WAM Nights took place during the run of RAFT 2019. The first was also the opening event of RAFT 2019 and featured:

The Workers Gallery is located roughly 20 minutes walk from Porth railway station, and is also located on the 132 Bus Route
