There are however plenty of excellent pubs & beer gardens still to enjoy throughout the town, many of whom have live gigs on this Saturday, plus there's our fantastic theatre shows with Wicked star Kerry Ellis on Friday evening & top comedian Omid Djalili on Saturday night PLUS our FREE Family Fun Day at Treorchy Comprehensive School, featuring Sub Zero Ice Cream, children's inflatables, All-Day party sessions, FREE book talks, exhibitions and more! In a new element of our main RAFT Festival weekend, join us at the Treorchy Oval "Cabbage Patch" for our C-RAFT Beer & Gin Festival, a summer's day of best-loved and local brands including Brewdog, Tiny Rebel, Cwm Rhondda Ales, Glamorgan, Grey Trees, Brains & more! Featured gins include Hendrick's and Brecon, while for those not into beer or gin there'll be Bulmers cider plus a few other favourite tipples, food and live music.

​The C-RAFT Beer & Gin Festival runs from 12:00pm to 6:00pm, alongside the simultaneous Family Fun & Community Open Day at Treorchy Comprehensive School. Both events then close down in time for visitors to enjoy A Bite To Eat at one of the many bars and eateries the town has to offer, ahead of the evening entertainment with headline comedian & actor Omid Djalili appearing at the Park & Dare Theatre. Be sure to also finally check out the series of After Dark events being held in the various pubs & bars throughout the town to close the day. See you there!
